By utilizing ZeroGuilt (the "App"), you enter into a binding agreement governed by the laws of Japan. This protocol is maintained by the App developer (the "Operator").

01 / SERVICE_OBJECTIVE

ZeroGuilt provides a platform for self-managed discipline protocols. It is not a medical device. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any psychological or physiological outcomes.

02 / ELITE_SUBSCRIPTIONS

• AUTO-RENEWAL: Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours prior to expiration unless disabled.
• CHARGES: Billed via Apple ID upon confirmation.
• CANCELLATION: Managed exclusively via App Store subscription settings.
• REFUNDS: Governed by Apple's refund policy. Direct all requests to Apple Support.

03 / SPECIFIED_COMMERCIAL_TRANSACTIONS_ACT

Disclosures required by Japanese law (特定商取引法に基づく表記):

OPERATOR	ZeroGuilt Systems (kichiemon)
LOCATION / CONTACT	Based in Japan. Contact via GitHub (kichiemon/StandCandy) Issues. Individual disclosure provided upon valid legal request.
PRICING	Displayed on the App checkout interface (inclusive of tax).
ADDITIONAL_FEES	Standard data charges apply (user-end).
PAYMENT_METHOD	Apple App Store / In-App Purchase
FULFILLMENT	Immediate upon transaction authorization.
RETURNS	Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle.

04 / GOVERNING_LAW_AND_JURISDICTION

This protocol and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Japan. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

05 / DISCLAIMER

The Operator shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including data loss or device malfunction. Use the protocol at your own risk.
